Zoom meetings, handkerchief masks, toilet paper and beans, oh my. I seem to be having a lot of these life issues this month, especially the last one. I have learned the many ways to add what’s on hand from my pantry and fridge to my recipes and my posts here. Yep, you Herb it here first. I’ve been using a lot of beans in my cooking, especially soups, and they don’t cost an arm and a Leek either. Being creative is just who I Yam these days and creating dinner means flexibility is required. I have come to love beans and there are so many different kinds, black, pinto, navy, butter, white, jelly, coffee and human. I love refried beans but I would like to try just ‘fried’ beans, because maybe they’re just as good and you don’t have to waste your time frying them again. I hope I haven’t corn-fused you today because you’re one in a Melon and I miss you all Berry much, but if I did, Lettuce know. Remember, laughter is the valve on the pressure cooker of life. Either you laugh and suffer or you got your beans and brains on the ceiling. So now, Turnip the music Beet and let’s Broc n roll, it’s time to party…….well, party of one that is.❤️ Ro
